paisa gastronomy: the typical and traditional cuisine as practiced in the department of Antioquia, by extension, is practiced throughout the region country of Colombia.
Typical dishes: bandeja paisa, Antioquia beans, shredded meat, Antioquia stew, tripe soup, sausage, chorizo, arepa, quesito Antioquia.
